It was announced by the Marietta Area Chamber of Commerce this week that Grae-Con Construction has signed a 5-year lease with the Southeastern Ohio Port Authority on the Port Authority’s Ingenuity Center, a 35,000 ft² manufacturing facility located just north of Marietta.

The new facility will allow the company to grow its process piping and electric divisions which are currently housed in the location on Industry Road.
